Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Galipoglu (Seller) and the person placing an order on this website (Buyer), pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer: Name/Surname or Company Name stated on the order form; contact details provided during checkout.
2. Subject
Sale and delivery of the products/services whose qualities and sales price are specified on the website and in the order summary; rights and obligations of the Parties.
3. Product Information & Pricing
- Specs (dimensions, coating, color, quantity, SKU) appear on the product page and order summary.
- Prices are listed in USD base with dynamic USD→TRY conversion; payable TRY is shown at checkout (VAT policy indicated on the summary).
- Obvious system/pricing errors do not bind the Seller; such errors may be corrected.
4. Payment
Card or bank transfer as offered at checkout. For bank transfers, processing starts after funds are received; bank fees belong to the Buyer.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery to the address specified by the Buyer. Shipping cost: [paid by Buyer / paid by Seller over [X] TRY].
- Lead times are shown on quotation or order summary; force majeure and carrier/customs delays excluded.
- Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier for EXW/FOB; otherwise upon delivery to the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without reason. Send a clear notice to [email protected] or via your account.
Returned goods must be unused, complete and in resale condition. Unless defective, return shipping is [Buyer/Seller].
Exceptions
- Custom-made or clearly personalized products (e.g., cut-to-size mesh, special color/diameter, custom gates).
- Health/hygiene products if the seal is broken after delivery (e.g., masks, certain cleaning items).
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Digital content/services supplied with explicit consent before the period ends.
- Services fully performed upon Buyer’s request within the 14-day period.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [10] business days after inspection (bank/carrier times excluded).
- If a discount threshold is lost due to partial return, totals are recalculated.
- Defective/incorrect items: Seller covers return shipping and offers replacement, repair or refund per law.
8. Inspection upon Delivery
Check packages before signing the carrier receipt. Note damages on the delivery report and notify the Seller with photos.
9. Warranty & After-Sales
Legal warranty applies. Improper installation, misuse or normal wear is excluded. Follow technical instructions (posts, struts, anchors, tension/binding wires, etc.).
10. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
11. Liability & Force Majeure
No indirect damages or lost profits. In force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, epidemics, systemic outages), obligations are suspended during the event.
12. Dispute Resolution
For consumer disputes, the jurisdiction and monetary limits of Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts apply. Governing law: Republic of Turkey.
13. Final Provisions
- The order confirmation and invoice form part of this Agreement.
- If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays effective.
- Buyer confirms reading the pre-information form and accepts this Agreement electronically.
