Q1. Panel fence or chain-link—how do I choose?
A. Panel fences give a rigid, premium look and faster installation for straight runs. Chain-link is flexible, economical and great for slopes or large perimeters.
Q2. Which height and mesh size should I select?
A. Residential: 120–150 cm. Gardens/parking: 150–180 cm. Industrial: 180–200+ cm. Common chain-link meshes: 40×40, 50×50, 60×60, 75×75 mm. Smaller mesh = stronger & tighter.
Q3. Galvanized vs PVC-coated—what’s the difference?
A. Galvanized offers robust corrosion resistance. PVC adds an extra protective layer and color (green, anthracite, black), ideal near the sea/chemicals or when aesthetics matter.
Q4. Post spacing and struts?
A. Typical spacing is 2–2.5 m for panel fences and 2.5–3 m for chain-link (site conditions may reduce spacing). Corner/end gates need struts for stability.
Q5. Can I add razor or barbed wire on top?
A. Yes. We supply straight arms, V-arms and accessories. For helicoidal razor wire, weight-based estimates apply; for flat-wrap, length-based. Our calculators reflect this logic.

Q6. How do I get quantities and a quick price?
A. Use our online tools: Panel Fence Calculator and Chain-Link Calculator. They produce a full bill of materials (posts, struts, wires, accessories) and live USD→TRY totals.
Q7. Why do totals show USD and TRY?
A. Our base prices are in USD with dynamic conversion to TRY for transparency. Final TRY amount appears at checkout/quotation.
Q8. Do you offer bulk or dealer discounts?

Orders, Delivery & Installation
Q9. Lead time and shipping terms?
A. Lead times depend on item and quantity; they’re shown on your quotation. Domestic and export shipments are available; EXW/FOB/CIF on request.
Q10. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We dispatch from Turkey and can arrange freight and documentation.
Q11. Do you provide installation?
A. We supply complete materials and guidance. Installation services can be arranged via partner teams depending on location.
Returns, Warranty & Support
Q12. What is your return policy?
A. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible items. Custom-made/personalized items (e.g., cut-to-size mesh, special colors) are excluded unless defective. Details: Distance Sales Agreement.
Q13. Warranty coverage?
A. Legal warranty applies to manufacturing defects. Improper installation, misuse and normal wear are excluded. We provide installation instructions on request.
Q14. How fast are refunds?
A. After inspection of returned goods, refunds are typically issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Payments & Documents
Q15. Which payment methods are available?
A. Card and bank transfer. For transfers, processing begins once funds are received.
Q16. Can I get proforma, data sheets or CAD drawings?
A. Yes. We can share proforma invoices, spec sheets and basic drawings for tenders and installation planning.
