Mask Tie Wire — soft galvanized wire with PVC/PE coating for surgical/medical mask tying and closures. Supplied as pre-cut ties (8–20 cm) or continuous rolls (5–15 kg). Clean surface, easy twisting, colors: white/green/yellow/black.

What is Mask Tie Wire?

A flexible, easy-to-twist PVC/PE-coated low-carbon steel wire used in surgical mask production and packaging lines for tying/closing. Designed for smooth handling, corrosion protection and clean appearance in hygiene environments.

Forms

  • Pre-Cut Ties: 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 cm (±1 mm) — bundled/boxed for fast manual use.
  • Rolls: 5, 10, 15 kg spools for continuous tying on machines.

Technical Options

  • Wire Ø (after coating): 0.6–1.2 mm (core typically 0.5–1.0 mm)
  • Coating: PVC or PE; smooth surface, low odor
  • Colors: White, Green, Yellow, Black (custom on request)
  • Core: Soft/annealed galvanized steel (low-carbon)
  • Packing: Shrink-wrapped bundles/spools; palletized for export
Not to be confused with: This is mask tie/binding wire (pre-cut or roll). It is different from plain construction binding wire and from plastic nose bridge strips. Nose bridge (single/double core) can be supplied as a separate item on request.

Surgical/medical masks (tie type), packaging and closures in clean areas, disposable product bundling.
