PVC coated wire is a material consisting of an additional layer of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene on the surface of annealed wire, galvanized wire and other materials. Pvc Coated Wire is resistant to aging, corrosion and cracking. PVC coated steel wire is used as binder and binding wire in daily use, pvc coated wire mesh. Elongation: 8% - 15%

Wire diameter before coating: 0.6 mm - 4.0 mm (8–23 gauge).

Coated wire diameter: 0.9 mm - 5.0 mm (7–20 gauge).

Plastic layer: 0.4 mm - 1.5 mm.

Wire diameter tolerance: ± 0.05 mm.
