How do you calculate the number of posts? Are corners included?
Posts are based on fixed spacing; corner and gate posts are added separately. Our calculators apply this rule automatically.
What is included in a Panel Fence Set?
Panels, posts, post caps, clips, self-drilling screws and the proper anchors/steel plugs. Standard colors (green/anthracite) and coating options are available.
What is the “extra post” rule?
Depending on total panel count and spacing, +1 or additional posts may be required for corners. The system adds them automatically by total length.
Should I choose galvanized or PVC-coated mesh?
Galvanized offers high durability and budget advantage; PVC-coated adds extra corrosion resistance and aesthetics. We advise based on site conditions.
How do I choose binding/tension wire thickness?
We generally recommend 2.0–3.0 mm depending on wind/load. As fence height increases, choose a thicker tension wire.
Which post types are available (tube/angle/concrete)?
We offer tube, angle and concrete posts depending on soil and security level, with galvanised or powder-coated finishes and height options.
How do post heights match panel/mesh height?
Post height is usually higher than panel/mesh to allow embed/anchor depth. The calculator filters valid post heights for the selected fence height.
What is the difference between concertina and flat razor wire?
Concertina is a single helical run; flat razor forms a wide surface along panels/posts and needs extra brackets and labor.
How do razor/barbed add-ons affect total cost?
Based on type and meters, it adds wire quantity, brackets and labor—instantly reflected in the calculator total.
What gate types do you offer (single/double/sliding)?
Single, double and sliding gates with inward/outward opening. Size, color and hardware are project-specific.
How do we decide the opening direction?
We choose inward/outward by site slope and usage. Finalized during on-site survey.
What options do you have for pre-insulated pipes?
Project-based diameters/thickness and jacket types. Thermal insulation reduces losses and improves energy efficiency. We quote with technical drawings.
Are your water tanks modular?
Yes. We offer modular options by capacity, installation area and hygiene needs. Fittings and accessories are supplied as a package.
Do you offer same-day shipping/delivery?

What are your warranty terms?
We cover manufacturing defects within regulations. Coating damage due to use/weather is assessed after site inspection.
How do returns/cancellations work?
For stock items, returns follow distance-sales rules. For project/custom items, return conditions are stated in the quotation.
