Post Base Plates (Flanges)

Bolt-down post base plates for surface-mounted fence posts. Ideal where digging is not possible or where a concrete/asphalt slab is present. Available for common post sizes and supplied in galvanized or powder-coated (green/black) finishes.

Uses

• Panel fence posts on concrete or asphalt
• Balcony/terrace rails and light structures
• Repair or retrofit where core-drilling is not desired

• Thick steel plate with slotted anchor holes
• Fits posts: 40×40, 50×50, 60×40, 60×60 mm (others on request)
• Finish: hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated (RAL options)
• High stability with gusseted designs for corner/end posts

Installation Tips

• Use wedge/chemical anchor bolts sized to the hole pattern
• Level the plate, tighten to torque spec, then fix the post
• For corners and gates, choose reinforced (gusseted) bases
