We accept card and bank transfer. USD base with live USD→TRY conversion shown at checkout. E-invoices are sent to your email and available in your account.

Shipping

• Domestic: standard carriers and freight options.
• Export: EXW/FOB/CIF on request; we can arrange freight and documentation.
• Lead time: shown on product/quotation; force-majeure delays excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Consumers may use the 14-day right of withdrawal (per Distance Sales rules). Items must be unused and complete with packaging.

• Start a return via Distance Sales Agreement or email support.
• Custom-made items (cut-to-size mesh, special colors, custom gates) are excluded unless defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
